JAIHIND PUBLIC SCHOOL, UDGIR was established by the erudite son of the soil, Dr. Sudhir Jagtap, under the aegis of the society of Swami Vivekanand Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Udgir, in the year 2010, with a commitment to pay his dues to Udgir and a vision to provide holistic education with international standards for the children of Udgir and its surrounding areas.
The school is situated in a five-acre lush green campus on the outskirts of Udgir, in a serene atmosphere, free from pollution, to enable the children to discover their true potential and acquire the requisite skills. The multi-storied school building provides all the modern amenities which include a multipurpose hall equipped with LCD and audio-video system, library, reading room, smart classrooms, indoor & outdoor sports facilities, science labs, mathematics lab, RO water purifier with cooler, hygienic toilets for boys and girls in each floor.
Smart Classrooms
The individual classrooms are spacious, well ventilated and technology enabled with an empowering learning environment. The Audio-visual equipment complements the activity-based learning methodology in the classroom giving ample opportunity to the students of all learning styles – Auditory, Visual and Kinaesthetic learners to participate actively in their learning process.
The teachers having been trained in the usage of these hardware equipment like projectors, smart boards, tablets etc., and software like you tube, customised websites etc., are able to integrate these teaching aids in their lesson plans for the benefit of the students.
Library & Reading Room
The Library of a school as considered as the learning centre of the school. With a repository of more than 10,000 books for academic reference, epics, legends, and a large collection of stories and comics for children of all age groups. With a subscription of more than 25 child magazines, journals and periodicals the school library boasts of being a powerhouse of knowledge, current affairs and academic excellence. Laboratories
Our school has well equipped and organized labs of Physics, Chemistry and Biology; where basic experimental skills are learnt by systematically performing a set of prescribed and suitably designed experiments. It also facilitates understanding the concepts of science. through experiment students get a first-hand learning experience by performing various experiments on their own.
Maths Laboratory
The Maths lab provides an opportunity for the students to discover mathematics through doing. The school is providing Maths-Kit to each students, so they can attempt to prove their conjectures.
Language Lab
Learning a new language just by studying the theory is not enough to guarantee a successful language learning experience. It provides practice in an Entertaining and interactive way to acquire the 4 main language skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Computer Lab
The facility of modern computer lab equipped with the latest technology is available to each child. accessing the new technology is very easy for 21st century child. but they are getting through knowledge with practicals in the school computer lab.
Multipurpose Hall
School has a very large multipurpose hall which is used for the parent orientation programmes, PTM, Teacher training programmes, Motivational and guidance for the student by Experts. It is also equipped with LCD projector and audio system.
